Really good Experience
excellent location good size room friendly staff good breakfast
The location is excellent. It is close to the Champs Elysees and a metro station. My room was a good size and it was clean. The staff provided friendly service throughout my stay, so I felt very welcome. Breakfast was great with good variety.
The room was a bit dark, even with all the lights on.

charming stay close to main attractions
convenient location complimentary card varied options
the location was certainly convenient for sightseeing i could easily walk to the champs elysées and other major landmarks nearby staff offered complimentary navigo cards this made getting around the city much easier and cheaper the hotel breakfast each morning included a variety of options the dining area was comfortable.
the room faced the street i did experience some noise from passing traffic during the night this somewhat impacted my sleep.

the reception staff provided helpful information regarding local attractions they also offered travel cards which was very convenient the staff addressed my inquiries promptly and courteously.

harsh lighting noisy hotel
The location was acceptable. It was close enough to walk to some attractions.
The noise levels were unacceptable. I could hear everything happening in adjacent rooms and in the hallway. It was disruptive. The room's design was also baffling. The placement of the furniture, and the lighting was harsh.

musty odor constant noise
the staff were helpful with directions.
My 'superior double or twin room' was shockingly cramped. It felt more like a single. the noise from the hallway was constant and disrupted sleep. there was also a noticeable musty odor that lingered throughout my stay. I definitely expected better.

The front desk staff provided really good service. They offered restaurant recommendations and helped with taxi arrangements. The breakfast each morning WAS delicious with a great variety of options. The location is perfect with convenient access to attractions and transportation. The room was spacious, beautiful, and clean!
